Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 1 day of placing the order and the shipping process has not yet been initiated.
In case of receipt of damaged/defective items or the products are not upto your quality standards, please report the same to our Customer Service team at +91-99000-94120 or info@objetto.in within 1 day of receiving the products.
If a product is returned, a store credit note will be provided to you within 7 working days. No cash/bank refund will be provided. Products can only be exchanged for a maximum of 2 times against the same initial purchase.
Some of our products are handmade and a work of creativity. Each product may have a distinctive look. Photos are for reference only.
